FAQ

HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS ONLINE?

Buy tickets online is very simple.
If you already have a Keycard, you need to:
- register on the portal
- choose the type of ticket to buy
- register the KeyCard number and credit card for payment.

The system will send you a receipt email.

For future  purchases, you can avoid registering your personal data again: the system will memorize them.

Once the recharge is complete, it will not be necessary to go to the ticket office: bring the keycard with you and use it to access the lifts directly.

If you do not have a KeyCard you can choose the purchase option with Pick Up at the Pejo ticket office.
